We have 18 volunteers and 4 members of staff who help on Sunday nights during our program year. They lead the high school group, guide confirmation small groups, prepare food, lead ministries like puppets, music and art, play soccer, and probably a few other things I’m forgetting. This is not an accident! We intentionally made a decision to give our kids as many examples of faithfulness as we can, throughout elementary, middle and high school. Our students are all of our responsibility and this model underscores this.
