Mission trips are often a visible sign of our faith as we step out of our lives and into a different world with a different pace and different work to be done. We are challenged physically, mentally, and emotionally. This can create space for us to hear the Spirit’s quiet voice. But in our daily life or on a mission trip we have to be intentional about hearing that voice. We can always find noise and things to be busy with- leading a mission trip means occasionally and intentionally stopping the noise and slowing down the pace to give the Spirit a chance to be heard. – Pastor Trudy Stoffel
